Bushell to continue softball career at MSUB

Runnin' Lopes sophomore, Kelsee Bushell, has signed a letter of intent at Montana State University-Billings to continue her softball career as a Yellowjacket. MSU-Billings, located in Billings, Montana, is a NCAA Division II school that competes in the Greater Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC) against schools from Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and British Columbia, Canada.

Bushell, who is from Plain City, Utah, was a versatile infielder in her two years at LCC, playing both shortstop and third base for the Lopes. As a sophomore, Bushell batted .439, leading the team in RBIs (57) and home runs (13).

"We are very proud of Kelsee and excited for her to continue playing at MSU Billings," head coach Kristen Silva said, "She was a great asset and player as a Runnin' Lope, and I know she will continue to contribute and succeed as a Yellowjacket."
