LCC Golf Team Places Third

The LCC golf team traveled to Riverton, Wyoming on Aug. 28–30 for a Central Wyoming College Region IX golf tournament. The tournament was played at Riverton Country Club. CWC hosted the event.

Teams involved in the competition included Lamar Community College, McCook Community College, Eastern Wyoming College, Otero Junior College, Northeastern Junior College, and CWC.

LCC finished in third place with a team total of 675. EWC was first with 584, and MCC was second with 614. Individually Tyler Barcelon finished in 12th place, Avery Henderson was 14th, Alex Ruggles tied for 16th, and Ryan Cooper and Tyler Dorn tied for 24.
